Change Management and Training Management projects in various industry sectors.

The scope statements were set up according to the main goals and objectives of the individual projects.

SAP ECC 6.0 as well as Release Change were successfully implemented. We have also realised organizational projects with other technological challenges.

    Stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, developing a change roadmap, communication strategies and concepts, establishing a marketing plan and a communications plan.
  • Training Management
    Training Needs analysis, developing a training strategy and training concept for face-to-face seminars and online training courses, developing the documentation strategy and defining its technical roadmap, role- based concepts for users and training sessions based on the strategy. Documenting business processes and IT applications, planning and setting up the necessary training facility in various schooling centres. Implementing the “Train-the-Trainer” concept. Setting up training courses for up to 3000 participants, learning success controls, final report, experience exchange report/ “Lessons Learned”.
